1. Import

c. Imported materials and equipment are inquired or searched inline according to material No. of supplier by customs; raw material information doesn’t have piece weight ( piece weight * quantity), reported staffs manually enter based on packing list with the cargo in the import link;

d. Purchasing returned material ( returned material ) doesn’t open purchase or returned order, import report doesn’t have information.

2. Export

a.  Export declaration of finished products is enterprise domestic proprietary brand, customer brand, parts brand and own brand are appeared on material object;

b. There is no display of any product name when receiving orders in the finished product export market, customs judges according to shipment group; As the business develops, the following situations will appear: According to finished products and its material description, judged by customs, PCBA business division inquiries before export; After SCC receiving orders and processing PCB, the package processing through material description and shipping organization will be mistaken for “blank printed circuit board”;

Solutions:

1. While building material code, new codes preserve brand and brand type in SRM and E sourcing system and synchronize to customs system, that is to say supporting one material code with several brands. On the other hand, supporting entry brand information of different suppliers;

3.
